2. put defects on paper. do thorough inventory
3. talk to your higher power, yourself and another person re: defects
4. ask your higher power to remove all defects
5. pray and meditate morning and evening
6. work with others and carry the aa way in all of your endeavors.
eliminate egocentrism. help other addicts and alcoholics.
